          Articles left over 2 weeks are subject to P50.00/wk storage fee. We are not responsible for articles not claimed within 30 days and if left 30 days may be disposed. We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness of or any defects in any fabric/materials, trims, accessories & closures which may result in discoloration, tears, breaks, separation or development of small holes; fusible, sole or insole separation; or damages such as peeling off or cracking, which, are not readily apparent prior to processing. Unless otherwise expressly stated or legally required Lavada Queen Inc. disclaims any warranty that the service will work accurately, continuously or without any errors.

 

          In laundering, cleaning, spotting/stain treatment & tailoring, we cannot guarantee against any damage to weak and tender fabrics, or against color loss, invisible stains, shredding, shrinkage, fraying, down shifting inside the item, consumer wear & tear, storage conditions nor, the normal aggravation, otherwise changes that results from normal laundry process.  Reasonable efforts will be used to try to ensure that its cleaning service maintains a high quality service. Although precautions will be taken to alleviate problems, customer unconditionally releases Lavada Queen Inc. from all responsibilities in our attempts to remove spots/stains from articles that you have asked us to work on. While we aim to remove all stains, some stains may never completely be removed.

                     

         We do not assume responsibility for “special care” items that you should have sorted out from your standard wash & fold order. Lavada Queen Inc. accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions and accepts no liability for items treated in accordance with the care labels or other instructions provided.  Customer is responsible for any and all damage to other clothings & cleaning machines caused by any articles left in its clothing, pockets or inside bags during processing.      

          In tailoring we shall do repair & or alter in accordance with your style & specification submitted. Any future tailoring revision or changes including materials used shall be for your account. Precaution is used to prevent any subsequent damage or defect caused by such style & specification. Because of the possible risk involved, we require your permission & release of responsibility.

 

          Lavada Queen Inc. reserves the right to charge additional fee for items that cost more to clean, alter, repair or remove stains based on the actual item size, material, degree & type of soil, weight & variables discovered by the cleaner.  A minimum order of 3kg worth of laundry charges is applicable to anything charged per kilogram. For fair pricing, special care items may have to be assessed upon arrival at our plant. Lavada Queen Inc., reserves the right to hold the Customer’s possessions until payment has been received in full.

          We always strive to pick up and deliver on time. However, the safety of our employees, other motorists and pedestrians takes precedence. Exact pick-up or delivery service time cannot be guaranteed. All wait times will be at the discretion of Lavada Queen Inc. and we’ll not be obliged to reschedule pick-up or delivery for that day.  Lavada Queen Inc. reserves the right to determine the pick-up and drop-off times at its own discretion and reserves the right to reschedule such times upon prior notice to Customer. In cases of bad weather, traffic congestion or other occurrences beyond our control, it may be necessary to make adjustments to our pick up or delivery schedule, which will cause us to suspend chosen delivery dates and times. In such case, customer will be notified & we will strive to schedule an alternate time. Minimum collection order for clothing, sofa, carpet, mattress, curtains etc. may vary per location. Lavada Queen Inc. may charge Customer P100.00 if a pickup or delivery is missed due to no show on your end. There is no fee if you cancel or reschedule more than 2 hours from designated time.

 

          Lavada Queen is not responsible for articles requested for pick up, or for drop-off if left unattended by Customer or to any loss, theft or damage due to handling by, storage with or delivery by your doorman, concierge, or authorized person. Customer is responsible for ensuring that his/her clothing is in the possession of a Lavada Queen Inc. Lavada Queen does not consent to the accuracy of any inventory sheet filled in by Customer. If there is a discrepancy between what is listed on any inventory sheet and the actual items left in the bag, Lavada Queen Inc., reserves the right to change the inventory sheet and based on a careful examination, make the final determination about the actual contents of the bag without notice to Customer. Customer consents to such changes. Unless a list accompanied the bundles, our count must be accepted. Lavada Queen Inc. is not responsible for fire & burglary.

        

          Lavada Queen Inc. reserves the right to utilize any outsourcer, vendor, for any service, in its sole discretion, without notice to the customer. Lavada Queen Inc. is not responsible for and will not be held liable for, any damage or loss due to the acts or omissions of its vendors, third party outsourcers, or service providers.

       

          We use best-effort basis to meet your same-day request; but because of the wide variation of issues relating to stains, fabric and many other technical issues, it could take the full 72 hours to complete your order. In this case we would waive the express lane fees. We are not responsible for any delay beyond our control.

                    

         Lavada Queen Inc. reserves the right to collect fees and charges incurred before you have cancelled our services, plus an administrative fee of P50.00. However, once the cleaning has started & could not be averted, customer pays full charges due. In addition, you are responsible for any charges incurred to third-party vendors or providers prior to your cancellation.

          Lavada Queen Inc. reserves the right at all times to withdraw, cancel, withhold or deny services in any way or change any of its due date, due time or change pricing any of its prices and availability of information to any customer at any time without prior notice.  Lavada Queen Inc. will not be liable for any damage suffered by the customer resulting from such withdrawal, delay or changes & cancellation. Lavada Queen Inc. does not warrant that the functions provided by phones, & by the site or internet will be uninterrupted or error free. If other than the signatory claims the article, customer completes the required information at the bottom of the job order. In case of loss of job order, signatory shall present a valid I.D.  And if other than the signatory claims the article with missing  job order, the signatory’s & messenger’s valid I.D, along with an authorization note shall be presented or sent ahead of time via E-mail: lavada_queen @yahoo.com. & a text message.

 

           Lavada Queen Inc. uses the personally identifiable information collected to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, to process payment transactions, to facilitate billing and otherwise deliver the payment gateway services. We may also send customers service announcements, newsletters, and periodic notices about specials, new products and services offered by Lavada Queen Inc..In the event that Lavada Queen Inc. is acquired, merchant account information may be one of the transferred assets.

         Lavada Queen Inc., liability, with respect to lost or damage article shall not exceed 2 times our charge for cleaning it regardless of brand or condition, provided that the claim is made within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the article and the original receipt, job order and the still attached ticket/tag to each article must be presented. Lavada Queen Inc liability shall be limited to general money damages. The limit to this policy is 1,000 (One Thousand Pesos) per year per customer. The article, whether partially or completely damaged must be retained by us upon full settlement of claim unless otherwise agreed by Lavada Queen Incorporated. If it is unclear who is responsible for the damage of any item, Lavada Queen Inc. will have the article analyzed at owner’s expense by an International Fabricare Institute garment analysis laboratory. Restitution will be made based upon the lab’s report. If it's determined that the damage is caused by Lavada Queen Inc. our liability shall in no event exceed P1,000 for any number of article. This liability shall be the extent regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute the customer’s exclusive remedy. In the event Lavada Queen Inc. is constrained to entrust a case to its attorney from this transaction, customer binds itself to pay 10% of the amount due as attorney’s fees and 15% of the amount due as liquidated damages which shall not be less than PhP 5,000.00, exclusive of the cost of suit and or legal expenses, and or any other fees and damages allowed by law; and shall be governed by City law, with venue and jurisdiction proper in the place where services were provided.  

             

          Lavada Queen Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend this Terms at any time and for any reason. None of our agents or employees has the authority to alter, vary or qualify in any way, these terms and conditions. This agreement and any documents referred to herein constitute the complete, exclusive, and entire agreement between the parties may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties. By requesting or using our services, the customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions & its modifications hereto to which you are bound.
